NOVEMBER WAILEA CONDOMINIUM RESULTS
December 2nd, 2007In the month of November only six condominiums sold with a median sale price of $1.025 million. That is a 9% decrease from the nine month median of $1.153 million. The per square foot average of $806 was down considerably from the nine-month average. Sellers received only 87% of their asking price on average. This data is colored by only one oceanfront condominiums selling in November. The five mountainside sales obtained and average per square foot value of only $734. That is a significantly weaker number than 2006 and the nine-months 2007. Currently over 150 condominiums remain for sale in the market.
